When you request a cleaning quote or booking, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, property details (bedrooms, bathrooms, add-ons, basement scope), notes, and any photos you voluntarily upload.
Uploaded photos are stored in a private storage bucket accessible only to Taurus Cleaning staff. They are used solely to review your property and prepare an accurate quote. We do not share or publish them.
We send transactional emails (quote, booking confirmation, follow-up) to the address you provide. We do not send marketing newsletters.
We use Supabase (data storage and authentication) and an email delivery service. Both process your information solely to run this service.
Lead and job records are kept for our business records. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
